I bought a new USB stick and I noticed it keeps my PC from booting up.

As soon as I remove it, the PC boots just fine.

I should note that I never changed the boot up sequence of my PC's devices. Other USB sticks I have used in the past never interfered with the boot up process like this one does.

So how do I get my PC to boot up with this new USB stick is in place ?

Once the stick is plugged in go into the bios setup>boot or boot order section and highlight the "hard drives" item there. Pressing the enter/return key will usually bring up the list of hard drives installed on the system with the default seen at the top.

The new stick is likely at the top where you simply highlight the actual OS boot drive and move that to top. Simply press the F10 key or esc to scroll over to the exit and save option to put that into effect.

If you unplug and replug the stick in you will have to go through the same time each time to reset the default drive since the stick is being seen as a new hard drive.
