freezing screen

hello all,
i have notice lately that my computer is slowing down and my screen is freezing up a lot. Could this be due to all the porn i download? It sucks when my g/f walks in and i can't click out of the screen and bam frozen porn on my screen. So to avoid a mad girlfriend help me out.

Your computer is probably full of spyware, adware etc...

Busted ! Yes. Porn sites are notoriously chaulk-full of spyware, adware, and the like. You're going to keep getting that if you frequent those places. Not to preach, but that is fact.
