A malware/trojan was getting into my laptop when I downloaded a file but the current activated McAfee did not respond or detect it. When I installed Norton 360, I can't get it activate because the machine can not connect to the internet (why? it's cable and happened only this time). my pc is now turned to dark blank screen. Nothing can do in Safe Mode. Friend, any help? but I'm a beginner, I don't know how to do reboot or recovery or re-anything...
