I'm gonna overclock my Q8200 but im wondering, what delivers faster speeds overall, a higher multiplier and lower fsb, or higher fsb and lower multiplier?

well, since i have the option, which way should i go for?

also, is it better to increase the fsb and the voltage in small increments, or turn the voltage up to the highest desired temp and then turn the fsb up after?
if i do the first way, how big of increments should i use each time?

looks like you need to look up some overclocking guides.

Just google your cpu and overclocking and you should hit a good site to give you some tips.

BTW you only really increase your voltage once your desired overclock has reached it's limit, you don't increase it at the beginning.
