Thanks for looking over my list, I know its a wall but please do take the time.

Thank You. Cubby.

that psu is not TOO BAD but i personally don't like that brand, and have heard some bad things about them. A 550vx for the psu, maybe 750 tx if you want to spend that much, it is a great psu.

yeah, i would not get that ram,,, but 1066 IMO is pointless as you can oc 800mhz ram to that and even if you don't it's barely an increase in speed, also most 1066 kits (didn't bother to check that ocz kit) up the timings, which is worse. Id grab some ocz reapers or crucial ballistix.

Also, Do you really need that 285? Do you game, if so at what RES? Because a gtx 260 core 216 is cheaper and is a beast for 1680x1050, i know, i have one.

This mobo is nice and a good deal...GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail Do u really need a terabyte? Check this one out...Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM Get this memory, its way cheaper and is just as fast(almost) I have my e8400 rig set up this way and it flies! Oh yeah, get a good power supply like Corsair. U should save a few bucks and have a very nice machine! good luck:)

The only reason i chose the 1tb is because it was just as cheap as the 650 i had chosen thats all.
I will be gaming, but if you feel i should change the gfx card i will. Are you suggesting i change the mobo to the gigabyte or should i be all right with the asus mobo. I will change the psu, its not an issue. I will put up a new list soon.

I personally don't like ASUS motherboards in my opinion, i had 3 boards would crap out on me right after the warranty expired. But that was 4 years ago with the later models and probably just bad luck =(

Enermax make good power supplies. They aren't anywhere near PC P&C or Seasonic but they get the job done and done well.

For the motherboard go for the Biostar TPower i45 if overclocking if not then the P5Q is fine.

Well this is my new list. I hope everything is in order.

1x Antec Nine Hundred Tower

1x Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3 P45

1x Intel E8400 CORE 2 DUO

1x OCZ DDR2 4G(2x2G)PC8500 1066Mhz Reaper

1x XFX GeForce GTX285 xxx Edition 1024M DDR3 (only reason i am getting it because its cheaper than expected)

1x Samsung 2243BW Wide Black 5ms

1x Western Digital 1TB SATAII 32M 3GB/s(WD1001FALS)

Looks good. Just a quick tidbit of info. A processor can't be ATX ;). You either got that from your motherboard or case info.

On this system should be 64bit. All other may choose himself..
