New Ram quickly

Hey guys,
I'm looking for 4gigs of Ram that I can pick up from a store today. I have a Biostar T-Power I45, Q9300, and HD4850. Does anyone have any thoughts on these:

that's good ram, prob can find something a little cheaper.. Timing might not be as good though.. 4-4-4-12 is good

Should I worry about getting DDR2-1066 or DDR2-1200 since I think my mobo can handle it? Or not really worth the price? I intend on doing some moderate overclocking, and really just getting some ram that will keep up with OCing my Q9300.
