in theory having teh psu on the top means gravity will pull the electricity down in to your components. but i know that is not tru. putting the psu on the bottom is best for cable managment.
 
I like the bottom electricity feeders. ;) I remember the first time I saw it was in the old Lian-li V1000...upside down mobo and all. Lol.

I also feel like more weight should be on the bottom of the case.
 
i prefer it on the top, closer to fans, optical drives, and easier to hide the cpu power and motherboard cables. Also better heat exhaust out of the case. Also once you get the cables bunched up with zip ties at the top it is just as good as the bottom and the cables don't look as obvious.
