3 different kinds(port) of mouse not working

I used 3 different kinds of mouse on my computer, all of them are not working(mouse w/ usb port, ps port & com1 port). All other devices are working on usb port, keyboard is working w/ps. my old mouse w/ com1 port was working before this thing happen.i reset bios to default settings, format my computer.
