Need help with error.

When winXp pro starts I get an error msg saying it can't find a certain file "monitor.exe". Where can I find the file so I can delete the entry. Isan't there an .ini file some where? Which tells what programs to startup?

go to start/run and type "msconfig"
see if monitor.exe is listed and uncheck the checkmark
