Help with new build not booting....

Hey guys, I just built a rig with a Biostar TPower I45. When I try to boot, it starts up fine, so it seems, power comes on just great. Then, after about 3 seconds, everything quiets down a lot, as if it goes to like, 1/3 power, and the BIOS code is stuck at I think E1...It's either E1 or 31 I think.....Any ideas?

Figured it out....Had to take out one stick, then up the voltage to 2.2V for my Crucial Ballistix, then put in both sticks, just in case anyone else has this problem.
