Yes, it will work fine. If you're really worried about it, grab the Corsair. It's only 10 bucks more. But the one I mentioned will work just fine.

should I get the factory overclocked EVGA GTX 260 ?

If its like the same price but I wouldn't pay more for one. You can normally just overclock a regular card to factory overclocked settings. Unless they starting hand picking gpu for the factory overclocks but I didn't think they did.

The one I linked you will be fine, the factory overclocked ones are more expensive, and it's simple enough to bump them up to that level on your own.

when card says it needs a minimum of say a 600W psu, you don't actually need one. two 8800gt's can run on an antec earth watts 380 yet they require more then it.
