If you have extra money, get the E8400, not the Q6600. The new ones aren't near as good as the used to be, and it's getting old anyway.

Still recommend the EVGA one, since that XFX has the 65nm die.

55nm means lower temps, and lower temps means you can overclock better. Just my opinion though.

As for the PSU, get the 650XT will work fine, it's just 10 bucks more anyway, no biggie.

I don't really plan on overclocking the card so much, unless it comes with a program to do that with anyways

I dunno if it comes with one, but you can download one easily enough, and it's pretty simple. RivaTuner is your guy. Either way, the 55nm will run cooler.

true, plus I wouldn't need as large of a power supply right, if I OC that and my CPU, what would be a nice stable PSU?

No matter what you always want a stable PSU..

but you would not require as high-end of one if you chose the 55nm...
