only things i would do are 1) tie those PSU cables a bit tighter, and 2) run that SATA power cable under the mobo

Yeah I havn't gone to the effort of cutting the case or anything fancy.

Agreed, if you're not up for sleeving and cutting then I think you've maxed out your wire management sleekability Excellent job.
