Need help fixing this MB popup

When my wifes computer boots this MB popup comes up I have gone into the Bios can't find either one of these settings or anything that appears similar. searched with no luck.
Any ideas on how to correct it would be appreciated.

Uninstall Dynamic Energy Saver. It's a terrible program that only takes up resources. No point in having it believe me. Speedstep and C1E are enabled by default. Unless you changed the settings in the BIOS previously they would be turned on. Energy Saver just isn't working properly.

Took your advice and uninstalled the program It got rid of that annoying popup. Everything seems to working fine
