I have a 4850 that has worked for months, and I recently was traveling from my girlfriends house back to my house (A 3 hour drive).
I get home to plug in my 4850, and I receive no signal from the monitor.
I tried a different monitor, but still, no signal.
I then looked and saw the fan was spinning on the 4850.
I don't have another video card to try, nor do I have another computer to try the video card in.
I've also tried re-seating the video card, and trying different VGA Cables, and also trying different DVI Ports, etc.
This is the video card. My warranty says it has ended on the newegg RMA status.
Newegg.com - VisionTek 900241 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
Is there anything else I can do?
Any suggestions?
Any comments?
