Help Help Mouse Not regcognising on Intel DG45ID Mbo

In My upgraded Media Seris Intel DG45ID Mobo:snob:
I Dot Have PS2 Ports for Keyboard and Mouse

So i Brought a USB to Ps/2 Convertor and Conected the Keybd/Mouse

Keybrd Works Fine - No Probs

But The Mouse Doest works .........

then after Booting the OS (here Vista Ultimate )
When I Uplug the Mouse and Again Pluged then only It Works

I thougtht Of it was a Losse Connection But its not....

MOUSE WORKS Only When I UnPlug and Plug .........

My Ques :

Is the Problem is With The Convertor ?
Problem Is wth Vista os ( Does it Detects only after Desktop screen) ?

or - Its A Problem With Intel DG45ID Mobo...........


Plz Plz Help me out

I Unplg and Plug the Mouse every time after entering into Desktop.........

Try turning on 'Legacy Support' on in your motherboard's BIOS.

Okay I Have Gone to advanced set in BIOS:snob::freak:
and Enabled USB Legacy

But Still:freak:

Problem Remains

Keyborad - (One Key at a Time works)
Mouse - Every time i Need Plug it after Boot

Plz Help..................

Shoul I Purcahse USBKeyboard and Mouse USB

USB to PS/2 Convertor Is the PRoblem Ah ah ?????

Alright first slow down please. Look at what you're typing first. This hurts to read.

Try a USB Keyboard and Mouse and see if that works.

Don't purchase one borrow from a friend or family member if possible. Converters can be dodgy they are not the best thing to be using unless there are limited alternatives.
