not being able to overclock the external cpu clock (what ya'll call "bus") sucks....
my old 5000BE would do 323 on my evga board, my 3600 brizzy will do like 290 on ANY board lol.

How are you liking your Black Edition? I gave some real thought to buying one and not getting the I7. What really made up my mind in the end was not the benchmarks or anything like that. It was this MO Gigabyte X58 Extreme 1366.
I am a HUGE AMD fan. I really really wanted to go with a matched set ASUS/ATI/AMD. Its just that MO is so so sweet.

the 7750 was a nice chip. it ran much cooler than the 6400 @ same speeds (10C cooler)
and the price on it makes it for a nice buy. for the average daily user, this would be a good chip (just like the e5200 or simular).
