What is correct procedure to OC?? I have no idea how or even where to start.A few forums I been to has very little detail and need step by step or a free program that is simple to use.FYI I have a box fan pointing at my case with the case side removed as this keeps all cooler. It is in a new IBM Thinkcenter with a new Gforce 6600 w/fan,256mb,1.24gb DDR2,hope thats enough info, let me know, thanks.

we have a good guide/FAQ at the top of this forum. also, search google for this and you'll find tons of other guides.

good luck, be patient, be careful

First, read the Tutorial posted here.

Second because I know your going to ask anyways, Don't use programs to Overclock. Only use the BIOS. My bet is that IBM locked the BIOS so the likelihood that you can even overclock is unlikely. And another thing The geforce 6600 is very old. I had one in 2004. And the fact that you are running an odd quantity of ram tells me that you most likely aren't running dual channel so you are taking a performance hit on memory bandwidth.
