Sound Quality?

Anyone know how to take a poorly recorded message and possibly caption it? With what software could I do that at home, or who could translate it for me? Thanks!

well you could use software such as premier or aftereffects.. but those are very expensivee.. i suggest u download them off of limewire lol.. but yeah sorry i dont know ne other ones.. wish i cud be more help
