Its been a long day and I was unsure thats why I put "think" 65nm was the Q6600 I am too lazy to look it up everytime
Graphics cards are all delivered by nvidia to manufacturers like asus and evga or sparkle who normally just stick there label on the stock cooler and sell it on. General rule go with the cheapest unless there is one close to the price with better extras e.g. aftermarket cooler, warranty, free game or free shipping. Your not a gamer so won't need the power of the 4850. Get this one cheapest and has a hdmi port so you can plug straight into your tv and get video and audio which I assume this pc is going to plugged into
