What do you want to power with it?

I've never heard of the brand, and it seems old... "supports Pentium 4...", 2 SATA connectors.

Never heard of that brand. Its not on the Power Supply list either. I would say stay away from it...but it seems you already have it.

I've heard of Spire. It's ok. Not that great, but ok. If it's working for you, great. But if you make any upgrades, be sure to grab a better PSU. Maybe something from PC Power and Cooling.

it could just be me, but now days I consider any PSU not 80PLUS certified (not just claimed) to be cr@p
