My newly built computer is really messy with all the PSU cable going everywhere and I need some tips on how to make it all nice and clean, but I don't know how. I also tried hiding some of the cables behind the motherboard tray but now I can't close the other side panel, so I need to fix that also somehow.

Hide the ones that can fit behind the motherboard tray. For others that don't fit I usually grab some bagties and string them together. Then I tie them to a beam on the chassis and that keeps them out of the way.

Post pics, otherwise we can't help you, except by stating the obvious which you'll pick up from that thread.

Ok here

Oh boy.

Take the yellow SATA cable and put it behind all the other wires, and try to tuck it against the edge of the mobo plate and the 5.25" bays.

Bundle all loose wires with wire ties and put them against mobo plate and 5.25" bays.

Bundle all the extra unused PSU wires and try to put them behind the 3.5" bays.

Route the CPU/MOBO power cables around the video card and not over it.

Wrap the fan wires up and ziptie them to the fan so they aren't just dangling.
