Wrong video card unless you are planning on this being a work computer for AutoCad, which is a possibility since you have Vista Business in there also.

I don't know much about those kind of video cards. But other than that it looks good. Oh and you have to give people a chance to respond. Sometimes it takes a while but someone usually does

Same cost, better quality. ECS is utter crap.

You don't need 12gb of ram, 6gb will be just fine. As for the video card, I do know that the FX Quadro series is better for rendering and such, but past that, I'm not too sure about them.
