Memory

Type: 400-MHz and 533-MHz DDR2 unbuffered SDRAM

Memory connectors: four

Memory capacities: 256 MB, 512 MB, or 1 GB non-ECC

Maximum memory: 4 GB

NOTE: See "Addressing Memory With 4-GB Configurations" to verify the amount of memory available to the operating system.

No. It looks like the largest size it will recognize is 1gb. You could run 4 1gb sticks to reach the maximum for the board of 4gb. Keeping in mind depending upon your OS you most likely will only be able to use 3.35gb. You need a 64bit OS to use more Ram.

Edit: according to Memory upgrades, flash media, and usb storage at Crucial.com they say it can handle DDR2 PC2-5300 2gb with a max of 8bg. But looking at the spec sheet from the link above dell says it can only use up to 1gb for a maximum of 4gb. You still cannot use the memory you posted for it is too fast PC2-6400.
