Need a computer...

Hey guys, I would go on newegg and build this computer myself, but I have never built a low-end computer only high end. The computer I am trying to build is a very low-end computer for my grandparents. All they want to be able to do is use word, and Internet explorer. Around the $200-$300 price range, I have no idea where to start with low-end parts.

In that price range, as much as it hurts me to say it, You are better off with a prebuilt. You just cannot compete with their prices on low end stuff especially once you include the operating system ($89 for vista home) and other preinstalled programs.

just get some cheap parts with good reviews. celeron cpu system would probably work fine

Ok so a pre-built is the better way to go huh? Well what pre-built should I be going with. An inspiron?
