Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 wont do it? Temps are still really high i think sensors are f'd up

On my E8500 I have to take 10C off to get the correct temp reading.

I think he's talking about the temps vern but I could be wrong.

Check your BIOS, I guess that's the only accurate place to get a good reading

Says 59 C on boot... should I reapply the thermal paste? Take a look at the pics and see if I put too much. Also is that system temp true?
