The Leadtek DVR3100H PCI has component. I know because i researched them a month a go.

I had a customer who wanted a tv tuner Hd card once. and i bought him a
Compro VideoMate E650 Hybrid DVB-T PCIe
and he was very pleased, i didn't and still dont know a lot about Tv tuners so i looked at some forums and people rec. these and other compros alot. hope this helps.
