I don't see why not

I don't know how the stock fan performs, but I suppose there are better fans out there :p

thanks guys

both the core contact + the silverstone has been purchased via newegg ;)

wonder what the odds are that ill get it 2morrow.

newegg is 84 miles from my house.

Why not a Scythe S-Flex or a Yate Loon?

well, there are certain companies that i really like, and this squeezes out the possibility of my trying out new companies (new to me) on important pc parts.

my good list (in no order) that i try to find their products first:

evga
asus
silverstone
gigabyte
lite-on drives
others too, but yet to officially make my list

my bad list that i try to aviod:
aptevia or aspire
asrock
jetway
intel (mobos only)
logitech (these speakers i have are horrid)

so there are alot of companies with good reviews that i have yet to make a purchace with.

im trying out sunbeam's prodect for the first time based on reviews from others, i think thats enough exploration for me in a day :)

but if you want the real reason i chose silverstone, it would match my setup better overall. with the fan controller being mounted just below mysilverstone 5.25 bay converter, it will really make my no name case look like a silverstone branded case ;)...hehe thats not the real reason, but a good one.

this has got to be one of the worst looking cases.
i wanted my silverstone knob! (joke)

everytime i go to buy a new case, something just takes over, and i end up just upgrading something else instead.
i cant seem to commit to a new case (this case has seen intel celeron 2.0, my original build like 5 or 6 years ago)
