Wow i just checked the Arctic Cooling website and they say it can be 50% of the noise and 79° minus 58° thats.......21° difference and only on half speed on full speed its same noise level as stock cooling but 32° difference wow im looking forward to playing with the frequencies on that!

I keep it on the highest speed. You will not notice a difference in sound when outside the case. Even when right next to the fan, you can barely hear it.
