graphics card question

low/medium it will play anything.

PS passive heating is no bueno unless it is an office computer or an HTPC that you dont leave on 24/7.

my wife is also in need of a graphics card, her motherboard is a -
Foxconn RC4107MA-RS2H

am not sure if he has pci express or just normal pci was wondering if any one would know and if so what graphics card would be ok in her system as she is currently running on the onboard graphics and i think this is slowing her pc and taxing her system, she is running -

300w power supply
motherboard - Foxconn RC4107MA-RS2H
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz
OS - XP Media Centre edition
2gb ram

she dose play some but not much she looking to be able to play sims 3 when it out tho.

would that be a standard pci or pci express, sorry am unsure - any links?
