Program won't work on leopard?

I have a usb wireless device that i want to install on leopard... it installs but when i click it in the system preferences... it says it can't run on an intel based mac. So my question is... is there a way to make the program believe its running maybe on a powerpc?? Thanks.

Try the manufacturers website for UNIX drivers, compatability like this annoys me...

Ah... went back to look and it supports 10.3 but not .4 or .5. If i were to create a vmware machine of jaguar, is it possible to install the wireless usb device in the virtual machine?
