ya, i'd update the bios... sometimes it can help stablize overclocks and give you extra options

The TPower i45 I'm using right now came with the newest BIOS. Use the tool at the bottom of that link and download the BSP file after. Then update the BIOS with that tool.

Biostar includes a BIOS updater on the driver CD like most other oems. It is pretty simple to use. Just download the correct bios file for your motherboard and use the tool to install it.

The CD version was terrible for me though. I had to download the one he linked to.

Do you seen any better performance from games with Vista 64?

I have a second small HDD running XP but I NEVER use it. I should go ahead and put Vista64 on it and give it a shot.

vista x64 is delicious.. and my gtx 280 is also delicious.. i love using my 40 inch tv.. no more lil crap
