I'm new to this forum but hoping to learn something from all you techies.
I got the short straw and have been asked to fix daughters boyfriends laptop!!! Where or where did I go wrong?
Its a few years old, used primarily for word at uni. Word keeps crashing.
Looked at windows explorer and found it only had 837kb of free space - yes I'm not joking!!!
It appears to have a partition and a second drive which has not been used at all. I've not come across this before. Is there a way to get rid of the second drive easily?
