Well if you just cooling a cpu only a MCR rad would be a much better bang for buck choice.

Bang for buck in the UK aswell? doubt it not really bothered by bang for buck anyway as I want the best money no object. Hoping it will last me for a long time cooling bothe a cpu and gpu. Possibly add a second rad to the loop (2x120mm between the cpu and gpu) rather then getting a bigger one later down the line.

i can tell you that a plain jane black ice w 2 120cfm fans attached with a liang d5 vario cooled a qx6850 4.0 ghz and gtx260 DANG well.... gtx 260 clocked at 735/1450ish/1030 for every day use

gpu never saw over 37 idle
cpu never saw over 40 idle

thats okay by me.. i'll be getting a new rad with some 130 cfm scythe ultra kaze after i buy my 2nd gtx 280
