Anything wrong with it?
If I used this build it would work great?

Could I downgrade the HDD to Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

I don't know if I need 600GB and if I do need more I could get an external, add another HDD (if thats possible), or just buy a new (bigger) one.

If you're going to get the 250, at least get the one with a 16mb cache: Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

But I'd recommend getting at least the 500gb one here: Newegg.com - Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives
It has a much higher cache, and overall is a better drive for only 15 bucks more than that 250gb you were looking at.
