Any chance to fix Micro SD?

I'm using a Multi Card Read to read my PNY Micro SD 2 gig and when I insert it into the card reader the lights just keep flashing, when I insert a working sd memory card it stops flashing... when I try to open up the Micro SD 2 gig it freezes and nothing happens... Is there a possible fix to this>

Not by a long shot I don't think. SD cards are so cheap, unless you had some pertanent information on there, it's a lost cause.

Some things you could try:
Clean contacts
Check if it's locked
Try another Micro SD Card to check the slot.
