That's a good selection for an US, and I've used the Arctic Cooler 7.

I assume you mean OS not US. But which cpu cooler do you think is better. Is the rosewill one as good as the arctic cooler 7?

I meant OS, and I have never used the rosewill cooler... all I can say is that I overclocked an e6300 from 1.86 to about 3.3 Ghz and it still stayed extremely cool with the AC7. And the e6300 wasn't even a 45 nm cpu.

Either way you should be fine. I've never used either (just Zalmans and this TRUE), but I know AC7's rate well.

I use a totally basic keyboard that cost me $4...haha, so I'm not really one to give advice on that :tounge:
