concerned over gtx 260 3dmark06 score

Here's my setup:

Nvidia Gefore GTX 260 GPU
Core 2 Duo 2.53ghz cpu
2 gigs ram
1hdd
1 dvdrw drive

I currently have it all running under a 480 watt Neo 480 psu. My 3dmark06 score with the hardware was 10,900. I am disappointed with the results. Shouldn't my score be higher? Also, when I was playing Farcry2 on very high video settings I got a constant 30-45fps instead of a higher, more playable framerate I've heard is possible with this card at 1280x1024 resolution. What do you guys think is the problem, if there is one at all?

From what i read the GTX 260 requires a minimum of a 500W PSU. Add that to the other parts and your PSU is underpowered. Which is why your score is low.
