4850 overheating problems

How much fir the 1kw PSU? You can run like 4 4870's with that monster.

saltney, yeah but it should overheat, thats why its got the gpu fan and if the stock gpu fan isnt capable of cooling it down efficiently surely theres something wrong there

i spoke to the lady over the phone and she said maybe my pc is not compatible with the card but my pc is not bad for an old timer its a amd x2 s939, 4gb ram and 530w tagan psu, im just wondering wether or not to get a replacement card or just get refund???

just to inform you guys ebuyer have found a fault with the graphics card and are sending me a new one, hopefully it should work this time, otherwise im going to get refund

got my new replacement card today and it works perfectly runs games sweet i may try run games in 1600 res now but not to sure coz ive got old cpu?

high res you run the less difference your CPU will make

im not worried bout memory as ive got 4gig but proc but if you say that then il be fine
