upgrading to HDMI

I have my desktop computer, it is an HP Slimline s3120n, and I have it near mt big screen TV. I was currently running an s-video cable to my tv and an audio cable to my surround sound but its just to much of a cable mess and the cables aren't long enough. I wanted to use HDMI since it does both sound and audio but I don't have an HDMI port. I really didn't want to put an internal card in. What are my best options to use in my set up. I want to use it to stream Netflix movies to my TV. I was just going to upgrade an old computer an put it by the TV but I would rather just use the one I have.

You could try to find a converter but I doubt there is one available and if there is it tends to be rather expensive which makes it pointless as you may aswell get a add on card. So in a word your using the best method you can atm however if you add a $50 graphics card you will be much better off.
