I'm at work and have been assigned to "fix" one of the printers. It works fine except that any images print out almost completely black. You can see some of the image, very faintly - as a very dark grey. I have the latest drivers (I believe). It's printing from a Win98 PC and the printer is on a WinNT PC (networked). Has anyone come across a problem like this? The program that users are printing from (a bowling league database program that I'm not sure what it's called) says in it's "help" section that if there are any printing problems (specifically HP printers, they say) then I should try using an older driver for the printer. If that is the solution, where do I get "older drivers" and how old should I try? I really don't want to go changing anything unless I know it's gonna work because it's very important that this printer stay working. Thanks anyone who can help!
