I'm upgrading my ram

GPU: EVGA 8800GT Superclocked
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16GHz
PSU: PCP&C S75QB 750W
RAM: 2GB DDR2
MB: Asus P5Q Deluxe
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64

i'm upgrading to 4gb/8gb ram and i need some suggestions. should i go with DDR2 800 or DDR2 1066? here are some things i'm looking at.

You probably won't notice a big difference between 800 and 1066. All those are great choices for RAM.

How far are you trying to overclock your processor? If you're keeping the E8500 @ 3.1Ghz then get 800. 1066 will benefit you if you get to speeds of like 3.5Ghz or higher.
