Buy the HIS 4850 with the ICEQ4 fan. You should be able to turn it down low and still have acceptable temps when you want to watch movies.

I don't even notice the noise my PC makes, even though it's very loud lol. When I turn it off, it's like...WHOA! SO QUIET!

you would have to have ur computer off to even add the tubing anyway!!!!! along with bleeding ur computer and refilling water!
