Video Card Shortage

I had my computer on and on the side of my vid card with all the pins tried to place a water cooler heat sink in it. I think i shorted it out.
it turns on and nothing on the screen. I got to fix this!!
I tried the CMOS.

You tried to put a water block on your video card with the PC ON?!

yes slap me. it as installed I just moved the block in to it while it was on.

any place/person that i could sell it to if they are good enough to fix it. it is less that a month old and was a GREAT card.

what brand card is it migth still be under warranty for repair my guesse is it brunt out not shorter out. you can literaly cook your gpu in a matter of seconds with otu a heatsink o. i know its what i did to toast my 7950gt
