Good DDR3 RAM for x58 EVGA?

I really don't want to pay more than $100 for DDR3 RAM.. but what is some good DDR3 RAM for use on an EVGA X58 motherboard.. running at or over 3.7GHZ with a Core i7 920? The less it costs the better!

DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

or for $95, these 3 sticks of 1gb each have 9-9-9-24 timeings by G.skill
DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

also for 6gb total:
9-9-9-24 g.skill 3x2 @ $165

look good to me, but if are running 64bit os, i would do the 3x2 sticks (6gigs) for only75 bucks more.
