$600 Build

I need someone to come up with a quick little build for $600, it's for a friend who just wants to play WoW and use Fraps at the same time and have good FPS. He just needs the tower, he has a monitor etc. He is going to be gaming at 1680 x 1050 so any help is appreciated.

Does he need a OS to? If not you could suggest the same build I'm doing for a friend.

You could also swap out video cards for the 4830.

If he does need a OS then you could drop down to the e5200 and a cheaper video card or something. WoW doesn't require much to run.
