Computer won't start up

Normally, I leave my computer on when I go to sleep. When I woke up this morning, turned on the monitor, and pressed a key to wake it up, nothing happened. My screen was black, and eventually, the computer shut down. I have since unplugged it for about 30 seconds to a minute, and tried to start it. When I press the power button I see my CPU cooling fan move very slightly, then stop again. That's the only sign of anything happening. I really have no idea what is wrong... Power Supply died perhaps?

That would be my first guess. If you had a spare lying around plug it in to test.

If you have a tester, you can check to see if it is a dud. Or if you've got a spare, swap em and see.

Son of a *****. My video card's fan died recently too. Unfortunately I don't have a tester, nor do I have a spare any longer. I had intended to build a new computer in a couple weeks anyway, guess I'll do it sooner.
