9600 GSO 2 way SLI or 9800 GT?

Which one would be better for gaming?

9600 GSO's in SLI would be much better.

But here is my question, seeing how the 9800 GT's are like $120~ why not just SLI the 9800 GT's instead?

Because I'm trying to stay under $150/$160, thats way I'm not going to SLI the 9800 GT, unless there is something better for cheaper.

Not to be an ATI fan boy or anything. But within a few seconds some one will come barging in and suggest the 4850 anyways.

So why not get the 4850 instead?

If you go with the SLI 9600 GSO solution, you will NOT be disappointed. What size monitor do you have if you don't mind me asking.

HD 4830 / 9800GT is perfect for that Res...

But I don't recommend a 9600GT anymore anyways.. an OC'ed 9600GSO is faster

That 9600gso has ggdr2 memory which isn't good. I would get a HD4850, it will run anything (with the exception of crysis at ultra high) at 1440x900.

Waste of time... SLI isn't needed at that res..

and SLI isn't worth the hassle anyways
