Foxconn Renaissance!!! a dope board with monster OCing potential... can go past it for a budget OCing, SLIing machine! and a 3GB G.Skill PC3-12800 (8-8-8-21) kit
but minimum setup to get "the most" out of them (im guessing that means gaming wise)... board doesnt really matter (but x16 + x16 is nice to have)... CPU, any 45nm intel chip will feed the cards plenty well... the CPU is more or less bottlenecked by the RAM... so you'll definitely want at least PC2-8500... really, any modern system has more than enough punch to keep a couple 260s fed with all the textures and shadows and lighting effects and anything else they can handle
