send to freezes computer

i have a user that we just upgraded to xp from nt, whenever they move their cursor over the send to option it just freezes. they had a roaming profile from nt and that profile got moved over to xp so i'm thinking that may be the problem, however these users are difficult to deal with and i want to find another fix before i try to delete their profile and start over. does anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

it's a different computer, but the profile is the same one from nt.
